    Palladian Partners, an Altarum company, is looking for a Program Coordinator for Nursing Research and Clinical Inquiry. This position supports the mission of the TriService Nursing Research Program (TSNRP) to enhance collaboration among military nurse scholars, and directly supports the mission of the TSNRP resource center. This is primarily accomplished by overseeing the activities of several geographically separated TSNRP research interest groups (RIGs) and facilitating special projects that enhance the scholarly development of military nurses.


    • Assist military nurse scholars with the development of nursing research portfolios by facilitating the development of a strategic plan, outreach, and capacity building
    • Conduct literature reviews and coordinate the synthesis of literature
    • Coordinate and facilitate the logistics for RIG activities and other assigned events
    • Assist with the editorial process of TSNRP-sponsored professional journal special issues or supplements
    • Coordinate updates to the research interest group website
    • Support the TSNRP Research and Evidence-Based Practice Dissemination course
    • Facilitate the maintenance of research and clinical inquiry products, including metrics and survey instruments, resources, software, etc.
    • Coordinate the design and creation of outreach materials, including advertisements, posters, flyers, business cards, etc.
    • Write articles and summaries of activities and events for dissemination on the TSNRP web site, social media platforms, newsletter, annual reports, and other formats
    • Participate in weekly TSNRP staff meetings, as appropriate


    • Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree with clinical research experience preferred
    • Licensed as a registered nurse
    • Two to four years’ experience working with the U.S. military health system and/or nursing research
    • Working knowledge of broad range of medical/nursing specialties
    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point skills required; basic experience with website maintenance and updating (WordPress) highly desired
    • Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Strict attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently on multiple, simultaneous projects, within tight deadlines
