    Palladian Partners, an Altarum Institute company, seeks a full-time editorial production coordinator to work at our Silver Spring, MD, headquarters. Palladian Partners is a creative communications firm dedicated to disseminating information about new discoveries in health, medicine, and social science to professionals, educators, patients, families, and the public. In this position, you will interact with all levels of staff and use your outstanding editorial and organizational skills to lead the production of a wide range of print and web-based communication products.


    We’re looking for a creative, critical thinker who is very organized and has the proven ability to drive the development of communications products from conceptualization to delivery. To be considered for this position, you must thrive in a collaborative environment, have a knack for communicating with clients, and be able to keep track of many moving parts.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop work plans and project schedules
    • Coordinate the writing, editing, design, and production of print products and web-based materials
    • Communicate directly with clients in person and via email and telephone
    • Edit reports, fact sheets, press releases, presentations, brochures, and web content
    • Contribute to business development and corporate marketing efforts



    • Bachelor’s degree in a communications, health, or related field
    • Five years of experience coordinating the production of print and web materials
    • Experience developing project schedules and keeping projects on deadline
    • Meticulous editing and proofreading skills
    • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
    • Innate customer service mentality
    • Ability to solve problems quickly and creatively
    • Strong MS Office skills
